For Purchase and Sale of Real Estate
To facilitate the closing of your real estate sale or purchase, please provide us with the following information:
· Executed Contract of Sale
· Copy of the Prior Title Policy
· Buyer and Seller - Full Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers and Email address
· Mortgage Lender, Name of Loan Officer, Phone Numbers and Email address
· Seller Social Security Numbers and Existing Mortgage Lender, Loan Number(s) and Phone Number
· Seller Miscellaneous Payoff Information with Account Number(s) and Phone Number(s)
· Homeowners Association Name, Address and Phone Number
· Realtor Name, Realtor Company, Address, Phone Numbers and Email address
For Refinancing
To facilitate the closing of your refinance, please provide us with the following information:
· Copy of the Prior Title Policy
· Borrower - Full Names, Social Security Numbers, Addresses, Phone Numbers and Email address
· Mortgage Lender, Name of Loan Officer, Phone Numbers and Email address
· Miscellaneous Payoff Information with Account Number(s) and Phone Number(s)
To expedite the closing of your refinancing transaction, please provide us with the following information and prepare for the closing as follows:
· Cashier's or Certified check must be brought to the closing for the amounts you must pay, not a personal check. We will also accept most major credit cards.
· Provide an original homeowner's insurance binder or policy to Olde Key Title, along with a paid receipt for the first year's premium when required by the Lender. If you are refinancing a condominium, be sure to provide condo or property management company contact information so that a Certificate of Insurance can be obtained per your Lender's requirements.
· Contact your lender before the closing regarding any additional requirements that must be satisfied prior to closing.
· Personal identification in the form of a driver's license or other government issued identification with your picture and signature on it must be brought to the closing. Some lenders require two types of identification so please be prepared.
· If you are going to be paying off credit card balances at the closing, the most current statements must be provided to Olde Key Title prior to closing.
Please note: If your transaction requires a Notice of Right to Cancel, disbursement may be delayed until the fourth day following the day of closing.
