Mortgage Refinance Information
We appreciate your interest in choosing Olde Key for your upcoming settlement. To facilitate the closing of your refinance, please provide us with the following information:
- Copy of the Prior Owner’sTitle Policy (or HUD-1 Settlement Statement from original purchase).
- Borrower - Full Names, Social Security Numbers, Addresses, Phone & Fax Numbers and Email address(es).
- Mortgage Lender, Name of Loan Officer, Phone & Fax Numbers and Email address(es).
- Miscellaneous Payoff Information with Account Number(s) and Phone & Fax Number(s).
- Verification of whether the subject property is primary residence or investment property.
Be advised that it usually takes 7 to 10 days from the time we receive your information to prepare documentation for settlement.
